Been using Firenzzi Hood (FCH9433) 4 years now, we do frequent cooking in the house, here are my comments:
Pro
1. Suction is very good, can cook sambal safely
2. Post service is quite good, had 3 incidents, taken care by Firenzzi immediately
3. Post warranty parts and labor considerably cheap (though my motor is still in 5 year warranty but labor is not), motor runs around rm 1xx, I was told)

Con
1. Can be quite noisy if set to high
2. Had motor replacement twice in 4 years

Hope this helps others looking when choosing to buy Firenzzi hood.
