See.. see.. morale is strong here. But then again.. even crash also ah means lower margin of income.. for total crash... really lies solely on u guys.. like how much to sell..

Anyone here taking islamic flexi loan? alliance bank offer fully islamic flexi loan, set-up processing fees RM200 waived, and no monthly maintenance fees RM10, also no lock-in period. Ceiling BLR up to 9.9. -blr 2.45 for semi D, seems the best offer in the loan market now. If I m not wrong .. islamic ahh.. property rm 430k DSL.. islamic estimate how to to earn on top of 430k.. say like for 30 years.. islamic expect to earn rm400k.. on top if 430 k. So total 830k.. islamic buy that prop.. and u service the loan 830k.. u cant reduce the principal sum.. conventional.. wise.. servicing loan monthly 430k around 1.8k..per month if interest fluctate pay more mb 2k.. but is got extra money.. can pay more.. to principal sum say 400k .. so you can save more if got money.. islamic cant.. I think only true I limited knowledge but itchy fingers.. type..

Not so correct, u still can save the Interest under Islamic flexi loan. Just keep the extra money in current a/c ( link to loan a/c). The daily interest will be calculated based on net loan amt.
Only thing is islamic loan maybe got some extra charges once u discharge the title from bank. They got another set calculation.
Anyway, diff banker got diff method, better confirm with the banker and ensure u r understand the loan agreement before signing.

wow....blr - 2.5. The best i got was blr - 2.45 from rhb and alliance. Anyway, i didn't opt for them and took maybank blr - 2.4 instead. Part of the reason, the person servicing me had got me 2 loans and any doubt or queries, she will go out all to get me answer promptly. After sales support is also important smile.gif.
