I just hope the water way or lake don't turn into a teh tarik colour. Saw it in setia alam and eco parks. It's not pleasant at all
Anyway, thanks to country garden unethical sales, i booked ecohill instead. Not much choice though.....ended up with Luzento 2 instead. Sigh. |

The pricing in tropicana heights is to compete with kajang 2, nadayu 92, ttdi clove. All above rm700k region.
I have surveyed those area before plonking money onto semenyih as I believe it is better with a clean sheet of plan. Ecohills access and their landscaping wins hand down. Those kajang sites had bad access. Not fancy driving thru industrial or old taman. I did check out jade hills but air pollution and staying near industrial area is a big no no for me. Just my opinion and no hard feelings towards those who vested interest in those areas. Cheers. |

I still see quite a number of units available for bungalow, semi d and link semi d for ecohills. Price are in the region of close to rm900k and above 1 mill.
Looking at price point, it will be slower takers with the tightening of bank credits. Luckily, i got my LO from a bank within 5 days of submission. Thanks to a great mortgage consultant i liased with. Over the weekend, i did check out tiara south which is next to ecohills, showhouse should be ready in Feb, but price point....i heard is above rm900k for 3 storeys link g&g. I overheard one SA did says because of ecohill, their sales affected. hahahaha. Even another small time project in semenyih town called garden something is also selling at rm570k for ds link house. Again, the access road is bad. illegal speed bumps and potholes. ayo. Looking at how things are fast tracking in Semenyih, it will no longer be easy to get any new landed prop below rm600k. Even if there is, you will be sceptical on some of those small time developer. How this place will turn out in 3 years time, nobody knows. I still can't accept the distance yet ... hahaha...so best part is to bite the bullet, and move in on trial mode and see how things pen out. Else just move back to kl vicinity ( i am currently staying 15 minutes away from klcc...very convenient but old taman). |

I did a calculation on weekend toll charges too....eg. if i work in tun razak, going home to semenyih....
- using kl putrajaya link and exit at bukit jalil rm1.60 - using North South Highway to Kajang rm1.80 - pass thru 2 kajang tolls...i think rm2.00 - Use lekas to exit semenyih...rm1.10 total = rm6.50 one way *gulp* |

If want cheaper semi d, can always look at subsale pelangi semenyih 2 by MKH or their yet to launch new semi d at mantin next to sheffield golf course (around 8km from ecohills). Only leceh part is the address is negeri sembilan and is a small residential development and the occassional chicken shit smell
Oh, i think i mention before, i booked pelangi heights bungalow but cancel after doing site survey and talking to the golf course workers. |
