Anyone know what is the next step after receiveing stamp copy of SPA?Progressive billing started?haven get any letter or updates from J&C or the bank for quite a while after receiving a letter from bank asking security documents from J&C hmm.gif hmm.gif

Is there anyone who is a purchaser for Pallida and assigned with J&C as solicitor? icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

I went to their office,they are quite busy with files of spa and la from projects from sps and other developers,and they are still working even though it is lunch hour as i was there during lunch hours for my LA signing,not to protect them but i think they are doing what they can possibly do right now,just chill bro smile.gif

I take back my stamped SPA after 1 month signing. Currently still waiting for the copy of LA, but I don't need this urgently for the moment. Not sure when I will receive the first phase of billing, though the piling for my unit should be completed ....
