For investment, I oway prefer low entry price. U can do the simple psf cost calculation before move to further step.
Pls be reminded that need very strong holding power for tis project especially for semi d n zero banglow lot.

As long as meet ur expectation. U should go ahead.
Example : some phases in setia alam, oso got left over unit after launched due to price, not so nice location, loan, and bla bla but still sold out at the end  n sub sale transaction price still higher.
