As long as the name is eco,no problem.That's why the new company are name eco world with eco majestic as their brand..They have sentimental value to the name which have 'ong'.
Furthermore, Ecohill masterplan is for residential and Eco majestic for mix development and I think more on commercial. By the way,can you name developer which can sell their new launch land property more than 600 units within 5hrs which translate around RM800-1billion sales recently.
