Buy the bungalow lot and build your own. If within 3 years SEH rebate 150K, if I am not mistaken.

For investment, I oway prefer low entry price. U can do the simple psf cost calculation before move to further step.
Pls be reminded that need very strong holding power for tis project especially for semi d n zero banglow lot.

Banglow lot only available in sub sale n not much ppl will let go at tis moment.
Ipropety ask for 160psf but I think maybe u can try 150 psf.

If staying with parents, better two semid, coz more privacy.

If staying with kids only, better banglo, more spacious...

If for investment, semid should be having more targeted market, risk is relatively lower...
