Maybe u should think how come so many buyers invest in Eco hill?..maybe they see something can be happened in future from now but u can not see at all. U won't lose anything even though at the end u still insist ur point... Right.?

568k increase to 800k @ rm 85psf to rm 120psf within one yr.
Good ROI but better hold first. Price still can increase. I personal opinion.. at least RM 180 psf once eco link complete.

Well, distance is not an issue as KL expand outwards. 15 years ago, i have an ex colleague who drive up and down from seremban to damansara heights daily till she retired. Even till todate, there are still many folks who stay in seremban but work in kl and travel daily.

Todate, i have friends who stay in Lembah beringin and work in midvalley. I thought they are crazy but i guess, different folks have different priority and need.

So, to me Semenyih, yes, it may be far to those who stay within 30 mins to kl central but to some, they don't mind sacrificing the distance in order to get a better roof over their heads.

As for average malaysian ability to afford homes, it can be quite a challenge but there are many who strives to achieve more and provide a better livelihood for their familiies. So, there's always a market with the growing population in klang valley.

I have relatives who stay in the heart of kl and pj, but now, they prefer outskirts as they find it way too hectic within city. So again, different person, different taste. Same goes for me. i stay in the heart of city and it's time for me to try outskirts.

My personal opinion, Eco hill will be better than setia alam in future but take time. If based on land shape. Eco hill better than setia alam.

Eco hill = Eco park.
Eco hill land is higher the surrounding area.
Eco park land lower the PKNS, setia damai and DUTA VILLA.

Ecohill ii = Setia Alam
Can not commend more coz still can not c the act side. Anyway, based on surrounding area. The land shape should better than setia Alam.

When u do the township planning. The original land shape really important.
Good township planning with the right land shape, the out come much much better. The whole area view will be different. once is success in overall township view. Housing price will diff too.

If the overall land is "rata" . U can do the good township planning but overall view point will less advantage.
