I'm purchaser for Argentea which is entitle for DIBS,but my RHB LO still not yet come out,wonder if I signed loan agreement after 1/1/2014,can I still enjoy DIBS?i got LO from OCBC already but still prefer RHB..any1 can advise?

Seems like the nex phase of ecohill launch will only be in March 2014. Terrace house looks like only launching 22x75 and indicative price is RM680K. According to the staff, 22x75 quite highly sought after due to is surrounding got waterways and also moutain (SEH Parc). I feel the price too steep as phase 1 22x75 only around 580K.

I would prefer Eco Majestic, which will be somewhere on April

Bro, only opened for staff and business associates. Public have to wait for the upcoming launch. The starting price really at 580K+. Build up size a bit bigger than Aquatilis but cost 60K more. I think is worth considering that there are more land area. Too bad for us no chancce.

if 500k++, i think Eco Hill first phase buyer will jump up and down to Semenyih river.

in KV, GnG can be 50k to 100k differernt...

First of all, if you intend to add your cousin as a co-purchaser in the SPA for RPGT exemption purposes, please note that the exemption is only applicable for 50% of the taxable gain as your cousin is merely a half share (50%) beneficial owner of the property.

As for your queries:-

1) PA and Deed of Trust CAN BE APPLICABLE OR NOT APPLICABLE upon the demised of the donor and trustee, depending on the construction of the said documents.

2) PA and Deed of Trust is REVOCABLE.

3) I am not very sure on this issue but I can check for u geh  .

The cons will be the risk of the exemption might not allowed by IRB as our income tax
rule always allowed the DG to direct ....

There seem to be a new guideline on boomgates and gated and guarded schme by Sep 2014. No sure how this is going to affect SEH application for guard house and fencing for terrace area. Any idea when Sp setia will submit the application form to MPKJ? 

Btw, the reporte issue was highlighted in the star paper. It seem to be associated with PJ area but I assume the new guideline shld be for all areas in Selangor.
