hey guys, needed to ask but wut makes a good frog rod which can throw a whole load of other stuff? can you recommend me a good rod?

i read around that a suitable frog rod needs to be at least 7"plus but is quick action or heavy action better? cheers

If you're targeting channidae family in the wilds.should be just be just alright.

It also depends on fishing area tho, if u expect heavy cover, better to go for heavier rod.
