I think i found the source of the rattling sound from the back, there's a head rest holder which you place your 3rd role seat head rest on it. It's not really tight fit in certain occasion it will hit the holder wall.

Yup, the 3rd row headrest is troublesome if you didnt intend to use 3rd row, it is an extra items lol. I put it between the 3rd and 2nd row seat just right no need kik kok when bumpy road:).. i noticed another thing is seatbelt, but nvm no time to do it, my ivory white 1 month nvr wash taste like chocolate latte.

i got 1.8k discount with standard stuff like petrol and payung FOC , but my interest rate is 3.15%maybank
haiyo but wait time for me is somewhere around 2.5mths, just called P2 callcareline. if they take longer i can consider my uncle's camry liow.

what do you guys think? new alza (able to afford) or 06 camry 2.4 fullspec (maintenance and petrol concerns) only can buy in 2015 cause my uncle is waiting for number plate to arrive, melaka slow.  rclxub.gif

That was a very nice discount! Just grab it. Btw standard or se or advanced?

Besides, camry 06 are you sure you interested to buy it? Please think very wisely. It is already 9yrs car, let say you want loan 9 yrs i assume, that means by the time you use until loan done is 18 yrs man! Toyota car 10yrs onwards, that will gonna hurt your pocket. Machine is subject to wear an tear. Think of best bang of buck, 1 is new car maintenance FOC 3 years, old junk maintenance subjective, all sort of mounting kicks in etc...easily $$. If you like MOD car and enjoy classic ok, just revamp it become premium but you need time and interest smile.gif

Losing ur patient ad? Hhehehehe....

One of my consideration b4 cancel the alza bcos new alza start to losing it qc....u may check at myperodua fb page for owner complaint...
2nd bcos SA told alza stock no prob, can get car within a week after sign agreement, so i cancel after he failed to deliver in 3weeks.
But to choose 06 2.4camry also not a good choice....

yah wei checked the MYperodua website and saw lots of faulty stuff. i hated the most is paintwork and brake problems.

me:"bro so how my car?"
SC:"red color no stock"

sigh the camry is very well maintained but i'm afraid that once stuff like engine mount of suspension give way, then that will be a serious problem to handle as that is alot of cash that needs to flow. however my bro say he can fix at cost, which means could be cheap also, (1-2k region for mount and suspension only). just thinking that if i buy, well my mthly already high and stretch to max, so any fault, well may not have the budget to repair.

another way to look at it is i'm worried alza will disappoint me with too many faulty problems. (but i do drive a 01 wira 1.3 a/b, so my driving pleasure is satisfied quite easily)

Used Camry nice to drive, nice to show off... But once it comes to maintenance, your pants gonna drop...! 2.4V petrol makan minyak like shit... Full tank RM 125 on a sluggish RON95, but gives you mileage about 600km or less, that's about 10km/L or 10L/100km...And with age, it's gonna makan more...

Alza can at least still can give you 12.3km/L or 8.13L/100km lugging the heavy ass, of coz don't expect much power compared to Camry lar... And when it comes to repair, you have 3 years to warranty, so if it does give you NIGHTMARES, you don't have to worry about forking out money for repairs, you will only need to fork out TIME going in and out of SC... tongue.gif

Else fork out more for a City, more warranty, more fuel efficient, more peace of mind... whistling.gif whistling.gif

The only nightmare I had on Alza is clocking 7000 km within 2 months. People like to sit my car cause its spacious behind and I always have to be driver. Its a very useful car for me and family compared to sedan.

back seats not comfy also... ph34r.gif

I came cari this forum again cos today I meet up with my unit trust agent, and he told me a farking same story about spare tyre coming off while driving. Such horror reminds me not to tail a alza at all times unless you really hungry, hoping to eat giant donut for free.

In less then a week, I did 749km mileage. Should be ready for 1st service in 2 days time XD

Only complaint about this car for me is, stupid GPS kept interfere with my radio / mp3, audio randomly fade in and out even when the GPS is not speaking. The rest is all good.

I have installed it at my City. Cost about RM 100+ if no mistake. More stable when corning and less bumpy.

I see, does it helps maintain / improve ride comfort?

I wonder if Perodua SC have these accessories. Reaching 1k soon for my alza first service.
