QUOTE(dog999 @ Dec 22 2021, 04:03 AM) Alot oem brands selling at cheap price with high IRR 95+ below Rm1000 (better dont take coz irr drop very fast) . Fresh install is good but after months will degrade. Oem brand usually from china /taiwan made film but they rebrand thierself (inhouse brand) 3M is a good reliable brand that manufacture their tint film and import from USA. I send u a pm if u need more details, or can check my topic for window tint/coating . Thank you. Pls pm me detail. Thx

My car is a 2021 Mazda Cx30.. still under warranty. Your windscreen coverage is under which insurer? If MPI by Berjaya Sompo, replace the windscreen at Berjaya Body & Paint and do the tint outside and submit tinting claim for reimbursement. If not under Berjaya Sompo, call your insurers and ask them to provide list of windscreen panel shops

Hi guys,
Looking to get a new car soon, and was looking at the Iris Pro (Titanium HR Series) for about Rm1.5K
-95% IRR Heat Rejection -99% UV380nm Rejection -5 Years Warranty.
Would like to ask, has anyone have a long term review of IrisPro?
And I'm open to other suggestions too within that price range with good heat rejection and lasting quality. Thanks in advance!

For 3M crystalline Some cars can pass some cant pass depends car manufacturers windscreen thickness. Also SUV easier to detect coz vehicle height higher and nearer to smart tag toll sensor( not every car works yea) Tips : make sure smart tag battery is strong and drive towards slightly slower speed when approach the toll gate.

my car is coming soon, plan to get 3m tint.
One last question is if I go for CR20 for rear window, will it be too dark for daily driving? Since my car is a hatch back i dont mind as at least it will cover up what I am hiding behind the seat/boot

Anyone use Magnus pro window film before? Is it good?
Ceramic Pro give it for free for the most expensive package so i afraid it might be some sub-par tint.

I hv tinted several cars with 3m crystaline and i do agree with some posts here that they do become blur after some time. It can be very obvious at night.
This is especially so for 1 of my car that is parked under the sun most of the time. I can only deduce that the tint, although good at what it does (ie heat rejection), its life span is shortened if parked under the sun daily.
No issues on peeling or bubbles for all my cars for 3m.
I love 3m for the heat rejection but am kinda irritated that i hv to replace 2 cars windscreen tint coz of the blurring issue. So kinda wanna try something else now
Anyway, i wld like to ask if anyone can recommend any shop/shops that does llumar - good price and workmanship. I used llumar on my car many years ago and wld like to gv it a try again

I park under sun everyday during working hours .Heat rejection also very good with no bubbles/ deterioration. Maybe within warranty u can claim yea .
