Hi guys, any idea how to remove this type of stain? I suspect it's caused by dried chemical on the surface.

i believe the surface is coating with matte paint, be very careful if you wanna polish it...coz might easily strip off the paintwork

Guys,

My friend bought new vios and got few paint scratches. Besides Meguairs (pricey), is the Soft 99 Meta-Clean liquid max good?

Any recommendation brand to clean dashboard and fabric seats?

It's not oil stain. The stain is caused by the previous detailer and i think it could be a dried degreaser or apc. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll to clay it 1st and see if it goes away or not.
