From the proposed layout/floorplan, a large area allocation is mainly for an anchor tenant(s). I heard a portion of the EkoMall may cover BlkE too. It's indeed wave after wave of good news for owners of ekocheras.
Just wondering, does any taikor here knows how much assessment would it be for ekocheras based on the revised assessment rate? How much Are we going to spend on assessment n quit rent per year ? If upgraded to Mall concept, current price is best buy. Probably they will adjust 5% up for remaining units before official announcement later. EkoCheras Mall" sounded nice!

Hi all, wondering for the SOHO tower H & J, the lowest apartment units start from which floor? Is it directly above the commerical lots or there are some buffer in between?
Say unit J-07-01.... Does it mean it is the 3rd floor of SOHO above 4 level shoplots? Thanks to anyone who can clarify |
