There are too many malls nearby already Viva Mall, Leisure Mall, Cheras Sentral Mall , Sunway Velocity Mall and this ekocheras mall ...

So as of now, residential that integrated with mall and mrt at Cheras only Sunway Velocity and this EkoCheras.. .... and ekocheras resident can access others mall easily via mrt or by car .... or walk to leisure mall ....cool

Crowded means better than dead or ghost mall lar bro

visitor and owner supposed to have different entrance!!! No meh? maybe captain cool can verify that during sign SPA

if you want to live in a quiet and peaceful place, defnitely not integrated with MRT & Mall property otherwise good luck!
