Source from contractor is revamping the whole plan to change to mall concept .
Seems like they are serious to change to mall !

Because developer already mentioned all drop out from loan will be returned n sell at new price .

Check your unit , layout, car park , maintenance fees, n overall master plan

Since now is mall ... check how they turn into mall n where is the 12 cineplx lol

From my contractor friend , seems like the mall is almost finalized and cineplex story is possible .

Anyone know the anchor tenant ? Aeon?
Hope more mid class affordable mass market retails coming in .

If they manage to secure good tenants and announced it publicly , possible for ekovest to sold out their block E and N with NEW PRICE!

Please ask who is the mall operator and the cinema is which company? What is the name of the mall ?
EkoCheras Mall?

There are too many malls nearby already Viva Mall, Leisure Mall, Cheras Sentral Mall , Sunway Velocity Mall and this ekocheras mall ...

So as of now, residential that integrated with mall and mrt at Cheras only Sunway Velocity and this EkoCheras.. .... and ekocheras resident can access others mall easily via mrt or by car .... or walk to leisure mall ....cool

Cheras is really lack of a restaurant street. I'm sure it wil attract more youngsters to dine n enjoy there.

Leisure mall, viva, cheras central (Phoenix), coming velocity. Ekocheras need to differentiate from those shopping mall ie when think about movie or food, they think about Ekocheras.

For me, a simple concept is good enough.

if you want to live in a quiet and peaceful place, defnitely not integrated with MRT & Mall property otherwise good luck!
