Anyone visited the sales office recently, any units left or dropout by any chance?

Wondering are they open on sunday.

i thought this proj all sold out.

i can go see and kpc. where is the sale office? it is that gombak office.

i go for kpc only and for my own survey pricing purposes.. Definately no intention for purchase bcos lost of opportunity since it launched a while ago and psf is on the high side now leaving new buyer lesser benefits in comparison to early buyer. It wont be good for my target, general mass market buyer for future. I keep anyaman in view for a while since it has lesser ticket size for bigger size + price affordability for future buyer for family buyer specifically + existing transport hub combo.

oh. when block E launched/opened for booking?

i just used rm66k bullets to shoot up to that high floor! my hands are tired liao lor. now need to work harder to earn more money for mortgages.

Scrapped means they transform Block N into Hotel development? at the exact location of Block N?

Btw, i was told Block E follows schedule H so water n electricity should be resi rate. H n J, i am not sure.

In my humble opinion, i believe what EkoCheras admin told me. I cant bet on it but i choose to hope for things to go our way. Block E is under commercial but water n elec will be under resi if follow Schedule H, thats what they said. To me it is a small matter, if it really becoming a mall concept, even raise fr 30 to become 45cent/sf for maintenance also no problem. Increase on utilities are almost a fact already, what to do, work smarter lor and earn more lor to enjoy life lor.

Tengster, so strong boook EcoSky then also EkoCheras.

i prefer E, less crowded but exp a bit than H n J.
