Good to hear the decision.
To me, even if the commercial is sold, there is still a mrt element to hold on to.
In case the mrt project is cancelled, l will still believe the signature towers by the Jln Cheras and walking distance to leisure mall is enough for me.

The longer they delay SnP, the better window for name exchanging. Once a loan is known to rejected, this window allows flipping to take place...

Just curious. If there are cineplexes, where would these cineplexes be located? Shopping malls normally have the space allocated, designed, and customized for cineplexes.
