Btw, i was told Block E follows schedule H so water n electricity should be resi rate. H n J, i am not sure.

need a more powerful retail consultant and mall operator to pull the right tenants.
have they engaged the talk with this grp which is more important imho kekeke sweat.gif

so rate will follow commercial

if want to convert not easy but not impossible got condition to be fulfilled.
so dont hope so much for that

As far as I know they hired a specialist n his team on the tenancy mix n to pull in those tenants 2 d mall.

The mall n the hotel which replaces block N n the 10 cineplexes r only at proposal stage. Nothing has been approved yet. The developer is redrawing their plans n will b submitting 2 dbkl 4 approval. At this point they hv yet 2 submit. If they get approval, they will scrap block N. If ekohotel does not get approved, block N will remain and will b launched.

In my humble opinion, i believe what EkoCheras admin told me. I cant bet on it but i choose to hope for things to go our way. Block E is under commercial but water n elec will be under resi if follow Schedule H, thats what they said. To me it is a small matter, if it really becoming a mall concept, even raise fr 30 to become 45cent/sf for maintenance also no problem. Increase on utilities are almost a fact already, what to do, work smarter lor and earn more lor to enjoy life lor.

To all bosses out there, if you are asked to surrender your unit to make way for the mall. You are given a choice to swap with another available unit. Price will follow the new unit of course, what would you choose to do?

bro, there will be 2 hotel if tower N converts to hotel ? As per initial plan, there is already one hotel which near to the MRT station.

Furthermore ekovest is paying for d legal fee for ur S&P, so can be rest assured the lawyer who drafted the S&P is only interested to protect the developer's legal rights and not your rights.

hey guys, drop me a pm first if anyone interested in block J&H soho.... might, just only might have stock from a party related to the developer. no other details yet, but think it might be bigger units ie. 700k and above, block H klcc view. will get back to u guys when confirmed.
