 Mont Jiulai may indeed be possible.My SPA has been agreed for signing just before CNY. Will post if I receive any new updates which have not been covered in this thread already. |

A bit "luxury" to me... Today rate 0.4 for small unit is around 300 is fair if facilities n management is world class |
