The covered pathway to MRT sold me. Yet, hotel and mall are in the pipeline makes it best buy.

Never mind ask to pay thru card in yr next 10% in july next yr. Company has not confirmed whether the 2nd payment can b thru credit card but I suggest u ask..

With Duke 2 in the pipeline... cash call will be needed.

Ekovest just relased some sukuk or bond for funding.

Cash call for both major projects at the same time..

Not sure able to flush it smoothly during the construction..

hopefully wont end up like another MXH Gp

it seems like the EkoCheras Party never stop ending...

First come the Facing Jalan Cheras then near leisure mall and then MRT then KungFu fingers then Block E ,
Now The Mall and later the Hotel and hear say the Garden..

so what next?

Developer is smart in keep releasing the "spot on" news in staggered to clear their units slowly

this is much fun than the TMS staggered launch paper gain!

Next could be the announcement of Anchor Tenants? perhaps the Famous mall operator?

just be careful.. the higher you jump .. the easier you fall so.. when you fall better prepare a safety net!

No worries Tokyo gor,all those are only added advantage.i've already bought and sign my unit which I think is worth it for the loft design,the Mrt link and the location of it.anything else is just added advantage.i would say its a calculated risk which I'm willing to take even if all the other bonuses doesn't make it.

I have less worry on Duke 2 as toll highways within KV is a good biz. I think the sukuk fund is raised to buy out MRCB shares in Duke. If this deal is successful, Ekovest will be controlling 100% of Duke

It is the buyer favour if good news is released slowly after booking. If this happens before booking, the price wld be different and higher. Every project has its own risk and this project shld be lower than other MRT linked projects like Dsara Sentral, SQWhere and Tropicana Gardens

Thanks bro for the heads up but I'm not based in Malaysia so don't have a local credit card.. exchange rates are pretty poor with overseas credit card. So will probably just write a cheque or something
