To all my brothers n sisters, I received the quit rent bill from DBKL today n the amount is rm8000!!!! Anyone received this? Whats the formula for the calculation?

Heard from SA only level 2 units are used for the mall. So total 6 levels of mall. Anyway can verify that?

It's indeed wave after wave of good news for owners of ekocheras.
Just wondering, does any taikor here knows how much assessment would it be for ekocheras based on the revised assessment rate? How much Are we going to spend on assessment n quit rent per year ?
