They hv moved their sale office to d site oredi. Its now on 5th mile jln cheras, opposite leisure mall. U can call their office 4 direction if u get lost..

Btw, some bumi lots will b given to the buyers of level 1 & 2 of block J & H as they hv 2 give their units away to make way 4 d mall. The rest of the bumi lots will b coverted 2 non bumi lots in a year's time and resold to the public at 20% premium.

i go for kpc only and for my own survey pricing purposes.. Definately no intention for purchase bcos lost of opportunity since it launched a while ago and psf is on the high side now leaving new buyer lesser benefits in comparison to early buyer. It wont be good for my target, general mass market buyer for future. I keep anyaman in view for a while since it has lesser ticket size for bigger size + price affordability for future buyer for family buyer specifically + existing transport hub combo.

Block E price has not increased yet. Block J increased 2% n block H went up between 4-5%. The developer has yet to increase block E price but may do so soon in view of d scrapping of block N, which reduces the number of residential units in d ekocheras project by almost 20%.

Hello tangibee boss, Understand your thought.
In fact, I was also late to the game.
Just happened that I walked-in early Oct and there was a reject unit of BlkE.
I booked the unit immediately in front of the SA.

In fact, the 821 sqft BlkE mentioned in yertesrday's post, is still at the original price (RM583k).
Perhaps during your visit, there is other loan reject unit that suits your requirement.
Anyway, all the best.

With 1.2m sq ft mall & retail space coupled with 10 cineplex halls, freehold, 150k green index office space housed in a 14 storey building,, 1 freehold carpark and linked covered bridge to upcoming MRT, this project is poised 4 good capital appreciation and good rental rate. Future release will b converted bumi lots in 1 yr's time resold in future at premium of 20% in pricing.

The mall n 4 star hotel plans hv been submitted 4 approval. That's why the developer is not launching block N. Developer is awaiting approval from authorities. At this moment it is still proposed stage until official approval is obtained.

this thread is so diff from the another "eco" project at taman wahyu, here is all good news and that 1 still fighting over DIBS issue..... luckily didnt jump ship to that thou went for the queuing and booking event.
