Apparently thr is a long list of registered prospective buyers for block N. |

The 14 storey building which is nearest 2 d mrt station will b the office block commanding 150,000 sq ft of lettable office space. Its certified green index building. If their 4 star hotel plans r approved, thr will b no more block N. Hence the remainder 5% block E is all the residential units left 4 sale.
