Anyone visited the sales office recently, any units left or dropout by any chance?

Wondering are they open on sunday.

Yes open on Sunday. Still have available units for Blk E, from mid to high floors as of last week.. Should you are targeting dibs as read in other forum, pls hurry up.

With block N out of d way, the project will b less densed as block N has 316 units, so the project will hv 18% less residential units which augurs well for u guys. The people who registered for block N will b encouraged to buy d remainder units of block E instead. Block E price is anticipated to increase with d upcoming increased demand fr prospective buyers of the soon 2 b dropped block N. Apparently thr is a long list of registered prospective buyers for block N.

I tot they already have a building for hotel and not the block n? Hotel facing main road makes more sense rather than to hide it behind....

converting Block N to hotel is really a great news for existing purchasers, not only less supply but to force the lifestyle mall need to be successfully done.

1) Soho - cannot recall which floor
2) 821 sqft - from RM583k
3) >1000 sqft - from RM795k to RM1mil+
Pls walk in to the office for more updated status.

The 14 storey building which is nearest 2 d mrt station will b the office block commanding 150,000 sq ft of lettable office space. Its certified green index building. If their 4 star hotel plans r approved, thr will b no more block N. Hence the remainder 5% block E is all the residential units left 4 sale.
