The server maintenance extended till 8/5... Cant wait to renew umi... Luckily yesterday i manage to topup..

Today already 8/5 but the server still down! Also, my daughter's prepaid cannot call out even though the account should still be valid.
Maybe it's time I switch back to Digi. Heard their Internet no more problem. My umobile sometimes have to disconnect/reconnect even though it shows connected with H+ but no service.

I am having the same problem. Last credit is RM40 but couldn't call or sms since last 2 days.

Incoming sms is ok.

Data is ok, still can whatsapp, thank god!

But I cannot make calls... that is a big no no.

If the service is not restored by 2pm, SKMM gonna fine Umobile for tens of thousands of ringgit

by the way, wasted my 3 days shop off cause of their "system maintenance" , disaster for them, even bigger disaster for dealers like us with BIG BIG UMOBILE SIGNBOARD, customers come to complain while we can't do anything to help, which mean we can't run the business and make profit for the daily expenses.... meanwhile, i am sitting in my shop with main door closed, dono when system restored back ...

i am able to use my prepaid MB68 to go online without much problem, the only thing is, i am not able to check my data usage via the Umobile broadband manager, the "prepaid/postpaid" button is missing. Seems i am not their telco subscriber, i can only check my data usage via the UBM and webiste until it's properly fixed....

actually their own designed dashboard for the modem look dumb... not user frenly for me ...
