Hey, thanks. Good to know that you can do that. Since my umobile is my #2 backup number, I usually topup at the last minute of the last day. Yeah I know it is a bad habit smile.gif

I think you must have a minimum balance of RM2. I always try to keep a RM10 balance, just in case.

Hi all, noob here... my question, how do I know I am under the UMI18 plan still.

I remembered vaguely the salesgirl telling me that if I am late a day in topup account, the plan will change or something like that.

I am having the same problem. Last credit is RM40 but couldn't call or sms since last 2 days.

Incoming sms is ok.

Data is ok, still can whatsapp, thank god!

But I cannot make calls... that is a big no no.
