not sure yet but most probably own stay due to too expenvise to rent out.. lolz...
but it will highly depend on the finishing of this property in the end.

I get the Letter of offer from 2 different bank

Bank A MRTA cost RM25k for 35yrs loan tenure
Bank B MRTA cost RM6k for 35yrs loan tenure

why so much different??

Bank A give you total loan amt sum assured.
Bank B give you min amt sum assured.

If you can afford. Get a investment life policy to cover it.

went to the site recently, looks like deep inside and there are many vacant shop lots around, lack of public amenities...asked the sales officer at Zalam and were told sales like 85% and main reason people bought these property is mainly because of low density , 4 units per floor...

Would like to find out size of the main entrance door leaf. Standard size shall be about 900mm x 2100mm (3'x7') which i feel 'old design'. But what I've discovered on most of upcoming condo projects are having the height of all doors at least 2400mm (8') and the entance door leaf is wider than 900mm (3') perhaps 1200mm (4') which looks impressive/grand. (infact wider of entrance door leaf is more convenience/practical when we move in/out furnitures/full glass panel renovation if applicable, especially there are 2-turns on the entrance)

Since there is no show unit provided and SA might not know about this technical issue, wish the developer/architect will consider on this matter. Thx.

not sure where you get the info, for the whole project all the door are 2400mm, 8 feet door.

Block A & B start doing pile cap... can see alot of rebar and pre-foam work on site
