what about blkA? last time been told parking until level 4 at bllkA. lvl5 alrd the floor for garden/swiming pool area.
blkA&B floor design is identicall to blkC&D right?

I got carpark side-by-side at 3rd flr.
However, one more extra carpark is at level 2, unable to put side by side with the 2.

SA never tell me this, until I ask, then informed me 20k each.
SA told cannot choose the carpark location, only know until stated in S&P.
Eventually mine one is separated, two-"compliment"" carpparks side-by-side, while the extra at the other floor.

Doubt about the water storage system, shared per block residence? anyone have knowledge into this?

Im staying 15 year old condo around 700 unit.

If compare to wangsa maju section 10 or bandar taski permaisuri; so many high rise condo at the same place- problem like vehicle crowded, parking problem, traffic problem or vechile noise will rise.
Juz my 2sen; mine survery to that place.

yup.. by end of 2016 when completed ours, theoritically 368 units are on, then not long later, add in another 259 on top, and make the total number to 600++ units (almost double the crowd, and cars).
Current exit at bkt belimbing still quite good, but who knows what will happen then..

there's a big piece of developing side northward of cloudtree, view from googlemap, but it should belongs to alam damai projects and traffics would be more towards the cheras/connaught/lenseng entrance.

Heard from SA that lawyer only realize this problem when I asked them why my S&P still not yet returned to me after one month signed. Zalam never trigger the lawyer, neither lawyer query about this, and nobody know until I asked them. vmad.gif
This shows the effectiveness is still low.
I am not sure which side goes wrong and caused this "misunderstanding issue", and of course, need to issue another cheque to cover the remaining figure.
