I would like to know if CloudTree has centralized Astro/TV antenna? How about Fibre Optics infrastructure for broadband access?

I opt for collect the S&P personally from their office instead of waitin for their courier.
Wel better email to the lawyer n secretary to chase for it.
*
Yes, I am thinking of collecting it myself at their office. Well, i had just signed it last week. I will sure follow up with my lawyer. Thanks for the advise.

SA never tell me this, until I ask, then informed me 20k each.
SA told cannot choose the carpark location, only know until stated in S&P.
Eventually mine one is separated, two-"compliment"" carpparks side-by-side, while the extra at the other floor.
*
so bro, u bought the 3rd car park?

Yeap there is block E 259 units. Mentioned since last year d.
Not shown in brochures as yet to launched.
Only Block A - D for sales now.
*
Wow! Block E itself already 259 units? Hopefully they at least have 2 parking lots, else parking at roadside can be predicted for sure.

Yes, block c n d using the same car park podium. When you enter the car park level.. It's level 4. Depending which level your car park level is...

I just learn that if we not yet been issue the strata title, and developer goes bankrupt later will have lots of issue. Anyone care to share some light into this?
*
I thought few years back government said will get strata title upon key collection? Anyone has friends/relatives just gotten other condo key can confirm this?

If strata title is issued, selling of unit has to get developer consent. If developer bankrupt, a liquidator will be assigned, the consent would have to get from this liquidator.
