Dont get me wrong, am not saying doors for this project is going to be common standard high i.e 7 ft. Perhaps thats only my general thought for most of the 'old days' condo design but I was wishing all doors for this project are at least 8' high and the entrance door is widen like 4' would be great.

Would be greatful if your info is testified by developer/Arch about all doors are 8 ft high.

Thanks and welldone Yoshimi! Should keep progress photo updates here at least forthnightly for our pleasant viewing ^^. Saw the same goes to adjacent project 'Windows on the Park' with those updates.

Keep it up CloudTree, let this project a masterpiece of Zalam and surprises all in excellent quality!

Doubt about the water storage system, shared per block residence? anyone have knowledge into this?
especially when the water crisis time like now.. nightmare.

If am not mistaken, it is common practise that there will be FRP water storage tank allocate either on roof top or ground (which rarely seen nowadays in new condo - eyesore). A pump room usually will be allocated each block in mid floor pending on water pressure on that area for the purpose.

Check with SA if there is mid floor for M&E room serves the purpose and your question is answered^^

Did Zalam fulfilled the full disclosure as mentioned at below article? How many trees will be planted (Foresta claimed 3000 trees)? Number of units at block E, layouts still subject to change?

Well, I believe many developers in Malaysia didn't list down everything trying to earn single penny by providing cheaper materials or landscape layout. I realized Zalam also provided the less/minimum details required to get users to sign their S&P.

Yeap there is block E 259 units. Mentioned since last year d.
Not shown in brochures as yet to launched.
Only Block A - D for sales now.
