Doubt about the water storage system, shared per block residence? anyone have knowledge into this?
especially when the water crisis time like now.. nightmare. |

Did Zalam fulfilled the full disclosure as mentioned at below article? How many trees will be planted (Foresta claimed 3000 trees)? Number of units at block E, layouts still subject to change?

Obviously the buyers here put a huge bet to trust Zalam and finger crossed Zalam will do the same in return and will not disappoint their buyers. This will be iconic project for Zalam if succeed |

Yeap there is block E 259 units. Mentioned since last year d.
Not shown in brochures as yet to launched. Only Block A - D for sales now. |
