as i m not so educated as u all here..... my english just below average.... if this the way u check ppl abt dupe account i m so dissapointed the skills u having. i seldom give info normally ppl very active here and comment much here are those givin infos (may some misleading to get personel gain ) but i respect some forumer here that really concern abt CT project. |

i feel the level of discrimination here were high towards ppl english grammar and education (level)
I could sense when i goin to own this CT all my future neighbor were highly educated especially in English language Good got class living environment.... but i prefer got Cash.....living enviroment Hahahaaa....dun worry just my personnel view ANYWAY, when goin to launch??????? have been waiting so long............. Wat have happen? |

haiyahhhh.....Zalam ppl dun think so much, if no DIBS still got serious buyer want to buy. Just aim for the serious buyer larrr.....
For me, aim for serious buyer is much better than not serious buyer or speculator as wat i can c at high end developement area. The market will fetch up high quite fast with quality buyer. So i agreed and accept non DIBS but the selling price must reduce accordingly |

haiyah.....
what so difficult here.... FYI, i bought property is when i like the property, dosent care high/low density, how many Kilometres to there and that. All just a number or number game. all can measureable but instinct or feeling to love something is difficult to measure or even sometimes ignore to measure just bcoz u just love it. But some may said some property might have good investment or return, for me just a little bonus. i m not offend to anyone just my personel view |
