hi kvsual,

just placed the booking and waiting for the bankers to response. Heard that some banks insist loaner to include MRTA in loan package in order to have better rate:( anyway, will be known soon as tried out other banks as well.

saw the fb message you'd posted before about belimbing gardens, if it is true, the apartment blocks might block the view on blk c & d for lower level units. do update us if you discover any new findings ya, thx.

It's your right to choose over mrta or mlta.
It's not compulsory, just tell them ur choice.
Go for other banks if they forced to do so.

Hi bro, buyer?
Yea kinda quiet. Since just bought d so waitin for the Construction progress, need to busy on other stuff too.
I took MLTA from AIA.

The belimbing gardens FB had been removed since 2 months back. I wonder why too and the SA never reply me the status anymore. He did mentioned they gonna launch soon though. Guess might have some difficulty to obtain approval?

Mind to share your MLTA - sum insured and premium you paid.

Have you compare other insurance?

I believe so, higher floor might get lower carpark. Or first in first serve basis? For early buyer sure get better allocated carparks. Gues so.
Mine is mid High floor and carpark located at first floor. SIDE BY SIDE.

the rate should be the same regardless you taking mrta or not, at least that is what i can confirm based on my own exp as well as from other forumers around here thus far. citing of better rate seems to be a gimmick from banker to persuade you to sign their mrta.

hope your loan can be approve soon!

It should be the same rate regardless MRTA or not, just a supplement/opt to loaner anyway. Obviously, a gimmick for bank officer to gain higher commission thou.

Yup, trying several banks just incase. thx.

I got carpark side-by-side at 3rd flr.
However, one more extra carpark is at level 2, unable to put side by side with the 2.
