You will definitely gain MASS on this diet, FAT MASS not muscle mass.
You can't build muscle on a low protein diet.
*
I calculated the protein i needed in a high protein diet (154 grams of protein)

If i substitude these 154grams of protein into my listed diet, say uhh 3 protein shakes with more or less 55grams of protein, will this be effective?
I don't really feel like droppiing off the carbs cause i need the carbs for strengh though.

To be effective, you need to eat 5-6 quality protein meals not protein from junk bread and milo.
Your protein must come from whole eggs, meat, fish, seafood and protein shakes.
Breakfast should be hi in protein when your body crave for amino acids.
You don't need a lot of carbs for bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is a type of training where resting period is more than pumping period.
Moreover our body can't store a lot of carbs. Most will be converted into bodyfat if your carbs intake is too high.
All bodybuilders ended up fat because they believe in eating a lot carbs for energy.
This is what they called Mass but wrong type of Mass.

I don't take carbs before workout. 1 whey shake 2 hours before workout and I can train faster than most guys in the gym who eat hi carb food.
I could finish 3 body parts within 1 hour and those guys are still doing the same body part when I left the gym.

Isn't it true that the body uses the energy stored days ago and those carbs you consume before pre-workout ain't gonna help you ?

Don't think so, if this is true, try not taking any carbo the whole day and proceed to your workout.. The most obvious is doing super sets, you won't have enough strengh for that.

No idea. If kept in a freezer it will last a long time.

I used to eat up to 15 whole eggs a day. Min was 10 whole eggs. I never threw away the yolks. That was when I was running my gym.
Since I closed my gym, my workout and my meals were not consistent. Eggs no longer my main protein source. I still eat 3 whole eggs every morning. My reason for eating less eggs nowadays because I workout early in the morning. My breakfast is my post workout meal which consists of 40g whey protein and 3 whole eggs.

Weekdays meals should be hi protein, very hi fat and less than 30g carb.
Weekends should be very hi in carb, very low protein and fat.
This is a real tough diet. I managed to last 3 months.

why is it on weekend need to lower the protein ? Wont we lose the muscle because of low protein. As for me, low carb diet is more tough. No sweet and junk for longer period. But if can eat carbs during weekend, that can cure some crave for carb rclxms.gif but this diet is low protein and fat on weekends. What food should I eat? All the bread and sweet drink ?

The theory behind it, during the weekends or carb loading, the hi carb diet caused insulin spike. It pushed the nutrients into the cells to create an anabolic effect. That's why it is called anabolic diet. Your carb foods should come from complex carbs. Eat more oats, sweet potatoes, potatoes, corn,
brown rice, fruits, vegetables and etc. Protein and fat are not important during carb loading. Keep protein at a very minimal amount to create max. insulin spike. Hi carb plus very low protein creates a very much higher insulin spike compares to carbs alone.

You will not lose muscles over the carb loading weekends. I have tried this diet, I gained muscles and lost bodyfats at the same time. Vascularity was
superb. flex.gif

The author was wrong about Atkins diet. Atkins Diet was not a Keto diet. And Atkins never meant it for bodybuilding. Stupid author.

I don't have much experience in eating protein shakes but does the container of protein shakes show how many g of protein/g of the powder, that teaches ppl how much powder to mix with water?

And ur best protein powder, I guess is ur hyperimune thing, the RM150 one, can last how long till finish eating, like 1 month?

Is it hard to just eat real food to build muscle?

I think somehow people wanna take whey protein because you don't feel full with it ... If you're just consuming proteins from real food you're gonna be eating damn a lot for you to grow.
