Isn't it true that the body uses the energy stored days ago and those carbs you consume before pre-workout ain't gonna help you ?

I think somehow people wanna take whey protein because you don't feel full with it ... If you're just consuming proteins from real food you're gonna be eating damn a lot for you to grow.

I think it's just that your muscle breaks up during the workout. Eat more protein and rest ... you should get over it pretty quick.

Omfg I'm so scared of diabetes ... My father and grandfather have it ... Means I have a big chance of getting it too .. Luckily though I'm still addicted to bb ... Low carb intake doh.gif

Gonna stop buying peanut butter and maybe stop consuming HL milk too ... Since I get higher protein/ringgit from whey and eggs ... no point then .. plus whey is so convenient just stir and drink !~

Actually HL milk from Jusco has a very high protein/ringgit too ... The original price is 8.35 for twin pack, means 4.175 each pack ... One pack has 50g of protein, so it's 50/4.175 = 11.976g of protein/ringgit ... which is higher than the Scivation whey protein/ringgit ( Since HL milk is junk food so not recommended sleep.gif ) ... In the end nothing beats the almighty whey from 4Rings ... 12.94g/ringgit heh

I don't mind about the taste ... for BBing I already sacrificed all food that I like because they're junk .. Now I eat everything that's beneficial to me ... taste is no longer a priority .. but protein is. HARD BOILED EGGS ARE HELL LOTSA SHIT !

I used to be like you too but now if I started good in morning ( everything goes accordingly to plan ) I won't get away from my plan already because I have a feeling that what I've done this morning is wasted ... then you'll feel sh*t and don't wanna continue anymore ... Too much hassle to prepare it. HL milk just take out and drink. There's been rumours about sperm damage too.
