Hey I have a question...sorry I'm a newbie in BB and happen to ask tis ridiculous ques...
Let's say I'm on a high protein diet in surplus and one week I happen to go outstation, and i couldn't feed my body with the protein amount needed and instead I am in a high carb diet, will this cause my muscles to atrophy although the I fulfill the surplus calories from high carb?.. Tq mates..luv u |

If you want people to comment on your diet, you need to tell it in this format (xx carbs, xx fat, xx protein = total xxxx calories).Breakfast: Whole Milk and Raisin Bran Pre-lunch: one cereal bar Lunch: Vege and Meat + rice (yesterday's leftover Tea: Some cake/bread thing (those where you finish in two bites) Dinner: Meat, Vege, Egg Rice Workout...well i just started to be more serious on this recently, before this was just controlling diet. lost around 10kg, and stuck at that weight so moving on to some workout already. Hello anyone, would like to ask silly question, for the eggs, normally do we have to exclude the egg yolk or just eat the whole eggs?
I am 1.71cm height and 54kg weight, currently seriously underweight with BMI 18.5 only I aim to gain weight hopefully gain at least 20kg to make my BMI more "normal" This post has been edited by andrewtyy: Jul 2 2015, 12:51 PM |

QUOTE(andrewtyy @ Jul 2 2015, 12:46 PM) Hello anyone, would like to ask silly question, for the eggs, normally do we have to exclude the egg yolk or just eat the whole eggs? Just eat whole eggs. Eggs are one of the most nutritional foods in the world, nothing wrong with eating them.I am 1.71cm height and 54kg weight, currently seriously underweight with BMI 18.5 only I aim to gain weight hopefully gain at least 20kg to make my BMI more "normal" You are definitely underweight. Eat a caloric surplus to gain weight, eat more proteins and workout to ensure that most of the weight gain would be muscle gain instead of body fat Anyway, BMI doesn't really tell much. It's more useful for obese people. Obesity is measure by body fat instead of weight, you can have 2 people with the same weight: Let's say 90kg. A has 35% body fat while B has 10% body fat. A is obese whereas B is perfectly fit but for both persons, using BMI show them both being obese. Get the point? |
