Paying loan is cheaper than paying rent in this lovely place.

Aww. I cant get a HDB yet, just entered the country. But dont plan to buy one here as well, since I can get a nice land property at Australia with the same price as a HDB flat. Property at SG is over priced that is for sure.

I heard that Punggol price went down recently. Hope it goes down more ^^.

If you didnt enroll their full course, they give the same bloody 50 questions no matter what session you enroll. Their staff didnt mention about this when I enroll 2 times. I was expecting 2 sets of different questions. It cost SG 5-6 bucks each time you enroll.

I only needed the BTT to transfer my licence. So I didnt need the full course.

My colleague told me they used to have different sets last time for each session you enroll. Now they want more money and only give you the same 50 questions regardless how many times you enroll. Hence, forcing you to take their full course.

They never said anything on their website too. Bloody rip off.

Singapore has topped 131 cities globally to become the world's most expensive city to live in 2014, according to the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU).

The city's strong currency combined with the high cost of running a car and soaring utility bills contributed to Singapore topping the list.

It is also the most expensive place in the world to buy clothes.

Singapore replaces Tokyo, which topped the list in 2013.

Other cities making up the top five most expensive cities to live in are Paris, Oslo, Zurich and Sydney, with Tokyo falling to sixth place.

The EIU's Worldwide Cost of Living Survey is a relocation tool that uses New York city as a base. It looks at more than 400 individual prices.

Congrats everyone, we now live in the most expensive city in the world tongue.gif

abit confuse on the msg u wanna bring out..hmmm
are u saying that they use the same set of question for those who take full course and for those who dinn take full course..so is not fair to u?

i did take the BTT for conversion, without taking full course..just pay the 6 dollars..and most of the questions is based on the booklet that u can buy from Popular..i m not too sure whether they have diff set of questions..

It is not fair because last few years back those that didnt take the full course can take the pre test with different set of questions. Now they change the dam rule and didnt notify us regarding it.

Just like buying a product if you are not notified how is the product, will you buy it?

But anyways pass the exam today. Did the online exam that was free and have 200 questions.

I didnt fail. I was expecting the pre question to be random. But they didnt notify us that is the same set regardless how many sessions we take.

there is a pre-test?
why would someone want to take a pre-test for multiple times?
i mean once would be more than enough to know how it works right?

Malaysia documents are accepted in SG regardless of what language they are in.
I submitted a polis report from Malaysia last time when I lost my IC, they happily accept it and get a Malay officer to process it.
