Paying loan is cheaper than paying rent in this lovely place.

Plus I can repay the loan using my CPF for my HDB. Dont even need to come out a single cent from my pocket for the monthly repayment

Did you check with them if your company gets any discount? Some can get 10% - 30% off monthly bills each month.
Can just ask the customer service to check for you.

Not possible any more unless you got 5 wifes contributing theirs to the same house. One month from CPF only 1k+ leh unless you volunteer to contribute more.

Well you have to calculate what's within your means....for me i started small....monthly repayment still less than 1k

HDB lei. You and your husband each $1.8k masuk CPF (of which $1,150 into OA) mah. Two people $2.3k liao, 2.3k can pay average size/value HDB liao.

I actually have a colleague who never apply for the REP after getting pr many years back. Only realized the whole thing when about to leave for batam at WTC. I think now they automatically ask you do the REP together with pr.

Not possible because singapore only allows one wife, even if I got 4 more concubines, there are not allowed to deduct their cpf unless paying installment by cash.

Don't expect those with a combine monthly income of <7k to get a resale 4 or 5 room HDB and not to mention PRIVATE housing.

Unless you have lotsa amount in your CPF that you can deduct fully the 15% and the balance 5% in cold hard cash

Public Transport from Johor? Get to Larkin and take bus 170 to Kranji MRT station. Get to Ang Mo Kio MRT station and take bus 88.
