Arggh! Singapore telecommunication providers do not offer 1 year contracts!!!!!!!!

Oh they don't? I was thinking of signing up with a postpaid data plan, the one that comes together with smartphone. I need it so that I have an approved residential address statement to show to the bank as I'm planning to open one. Not too sure how it works but banks here want me to show my phone bill as prove of my residential address.

Oh support vessel. They use it alot on rigs but dont want to burst your bubble here.
Indonesian vessels are one of the worst you can live in compared to OnG service vessels.
They dont maintain their vessels to comfortable level and food is bad.

If you are desperate then go and join.

Hey guys,

Want to check with those who submitted PR before.

What if after you've submitted your documents (and still processing), and you changed your job?
What are the documents/info that we need to send to ICA to update them?

Appreciate any feedback.
Thanks!

pr application need company sponsor, no? The very least you would need is a sponsor letter from your new company.

they do actually but 1st time must be 2 years. After 1 year into the 2 years contract, you can sign on extended 1 year contract and buy a new phone but with roughy $150 top up.
If you got Mio Home you can sign on 1 year contract on your primary line and change phone every year without incurring penalty smile.gif

You will require a sponsor letter from your new company stating that you are working for xxx company and that also you will need to get EP/WP/PEP updated. Even if you do stay in a same company, you will still need this letter, and also a letter from MOM mailed to you that is to be filled up by your current company HR/finance.
