Based on your past experience, are the cashback points credited into the cardholders' account batch by batch? Coz i haven't received mine yet. I'm relatively new and this is my first cashback hmm.gif

Edit: I understood how it works now. The "BONUS POINTS AVAILABLE" under Card Details shows 0. But when I click "Redeem Rewards Now", I can see my "Cashback MYR50" on the top left of the screen. Submitted my request for cashback to be credited into my card account.

need help. I would like to make clear 1 question after read the TnC.

1) cash rebate is based on posting date right, but I don't see any posting date in my statement.

cause now I got made rm1.5k transaction on 31 July and I'm not sure the cash rebate for this transaction will be under July or August

Thank you icon_question.gif

I doubt this is arguable since these days all trx are electronically recorded. The bank could always say that the trx date is just not visible to us afterall but they do have the records.

CashBack Gold MasterCard means the Standard Chartered CashBack Gold MasterCard Credit Card.
cashback transactions means all retail purchases (local and international) but excludes all types of
transactions made at petrol stations or petrol kiosks including purchases of petrol, and any type
of insurance payments.
A month is defined as the period which runs from the first day of a particular calendar month to
the last day of that calendar month. Retail purchases must be posted to your account within a
particular month
to be included towards meeting the minimum of RM500 per month in retail
purchases.

in TnC it mentioned posted to your account.. but I only saw 1 date in Std Ctd online account. so if I saw the unbilled transaction record in the std ctd website is on 31/7, then do u think it is under July cash back? confused.gif

My input just now was on my personal opinion and I am just into my second month using this card only.

It's better to wait for input from others.

I remember aromachong mentioned the cashbavk is based on transaction date since the statement showing transaction date only. It is not fair to customer if the bank said their system show August while customer see as July.

Stan chart cash back card is one of the slowest, compared to other cash back cards like HLB wise, CIMB MC, UOB VOX. PBB VS. Not only that, you have to redeem instead of auto cash back

Then you need to wait until End of Sep 2016 to check August's rebate calculation.

Based on my June's rebate received of RM30, a transaction swiped on 31-May-2016 (posted on 1 June 2016) was under May's rebate calculation.... else I would have RM31.00 in rebate.

Is it now the bank won't tell you the reason why they reject your credit card application?
Previously I got submit before the credit card application, but they just inform me the credit card application fail. That's all.

And then they say they unable to disclosure the reason why they reject me the application of credit card. Is it true bank unable to disclosure?

Stupid this Shit CXBXi bank. mad.gif

Are you sure this is the right thread to post? sweat.gif

Anyway, normally banks do not disclose the reason, unless you have a RM or good relationship with the agent, they might tell you if you apply through them. If apply directly with the bank, then no. Check your CCRIS, debt ratio, outstanding balance, BT, total credit limit, PTPTN etc.

Sorry, I'm not sure this is the right thread or not. But I believe should have feedback as long as it is regarding SCB credit card.

But for CCRIS, debit ratio and all this info how to check? Can check through online or need to walk-in where?
I appreciate your help to advise for this. notworthy.gif

I thought you were talking about other bank? CXBXi bank?
For CCRIS you can either email BNM or walk in to print it out. You can also try the above method as per Sis fly126 reply.
