Can get both voucher and bag? Understand just one only

Seem to have different understsnding from Stanchart customer service, they said no quota on bag, but only one gift, either voucher or bag depends on the promotion code for the application?

Anyone got both RM200 voucher and trolley bag?

What the Stanchart promotional gift of trolley/luggage bag?

Cash back will only shown 2 months / statements later, right?

Referring to https://www.sc.com/my/credit-cards/goldcard/gold-card.html, all transactions entitled for cash back except insurance and transactions made at petrol station/kiosk. So government transactions are included in the RM1k instead?
