a) The unit was with huge void on upper floor. How bout the efficiency of a/cond installed at ground floor?
b) Other than maybank, rhb, cimb & hlb. Any other bank can apply housing loan for this unit? I heard only panel bank allowed.

I'm using 2HP aircond at living area with void area not covered, still OK. But i installed sliding door to the kitchen area la.

I'm using maybank, orher bank no idea. Maybe other owner can help.

Yes, this for terresse 2. And IOI have introducer fee at 0.5% from nett price. Bumi 7% + developer 3% discount.

I suggest skip IOI properties projects. I have this problem and many units also same. Very bad design flaw and quality.

I bought last week their townhouse project. Something new on the strata title just on the building while the common area is under MPKj. Net price RM457K for upper unit.

How is the taking rate for their townshouse?

This area majority occupied by malay and less chinese food nearby..a bit difficult to sell to chinese buyer also...

bad experience for Terresse owners on the developer. Oasis parkland and playground which should be delivered upon vp and extended until 31/3/18 is not completed...:-(((

such reputation company still delay on the completion of that park?
You referring to Oasis park which with small lake beside Terresse rite?

Just a small park yet they still failed to deliver on time? what a joke.
