any owner of terresse 2 here?
Saw a few unit still available at 799k.

How the build quality for this house? any complain?
And usually how the morning traffic if heading to that main junction toll there?

Anyway, for this unit MOT need to bear by owner? rclxub.gif

I'm surprise a lot still available comparing with earlier layout shared by someone here. (2016 layout)

Mind sharing some info?
a) The unit was with huge void on upper floor. How bout the efficiency of a/cond installed at ground floor?
b) Other than maybank, rhb, cimb & hlb. Any other bank can apply housing loan for this unit? I heard only panel bank allowed.

Yes, this for terresse 2. And IOI have introducer fee at 0.5% from nett price. Bumi 7% + developer 3% discount.

I just visited elmina by sime darby.
Comparing both development, sime darby did a very good job. Very nice landscaping done before the VP.

IOI properties? Heard no club house as proposed. Eco park seems half way complete even Terressse completed almost 2 years already.

Their concept of Street of Dreams, California Street, Tropical Street, Art Street, don't see like a good job done.
The guard house also so small. Not as per artist impression. (but they have rite I guess since it just artist impression rolleyes.gif )

And remember if you bought completed unit of terresse 2, no warranty given for defect (DLP)
