I've received the letter, but it's from IOI. TNB and Water deposit.

I also receive the letter from IOI for water and electricity deposit, so far no receive anything from TNB

i received 2 bills, one from TNB (RM 510), another from IOI (RM 397.41)

i just called ioi regarding this case. they said no need to pay to tnb. just pay to ioi n they will pay to tnb directly. + can be pay after VP

During hardtour that time.. i was told by IOI person incharged that most probably Time Internet will be available in Almyra since there was no application from Unifi to IOI yet during that time

Heard rumours that owners of Tower 2 Almyra Residence had received a letter to collect their keys. Can anyone confirm on this? Do we need to pay anything else to collect the key if all water and electricity charges had been paid off? First time buyer here..
