Yes..used to be reputable developer but now I could say they fumble in this Bandar Puteri Bangi township.

I have a feeling that IOI will put on hold for other development as their plan for bandar puteri bangi.
This based on the slow selling volume on terrese, strata, palmyra & almyra

the price tag is way high compare to other development around the area, but the things delivered is just so so. those artist impression images regards facilities can be totally throw away as it is not even follow on single cent. there would be a NO to purchase next IOI properties.

I just visited elmina by sime darby.
Comparing both development, sime darby did a very good job. Very nice landscaping done before the VP.

IOI properties? Heard no club house as proposed. Eco park seems half way complete even Terressse completed almost 2 years already.

Their concept of Street of Dreams, California Street, Tropical Street, Art Street, don't see like a good job done.
The guard house also so small. Not as per artist impression. (but they have rite I guess since it just artist impression )

And remember if you bought completed unit of terresse 2, no warranty given for defect (DLP)

went to there last week, all floor has been completed. Believed pending for furnishing / painting etc. have u contact the team on expected completion date?

Hi, any Strata owner has viewed the real show unit on-site?i called their office, and they said the show unit is ready to be viewed. Any comment on the unit?

Been there on early this month. IMO, in term of quality, it looks better as compared to the one at the show gallery.

Been there oso. IMO worth with the price compare with spec & quality.

teresse 2 owner here.
since you wanna know about the quality of the house and stuff...
quality for teresse 2 ok (minimal defects when i got the key, and they fix defects pretty fast. common defects in my house is the uneven floor tiling and that's pretty much it).
another IOI plus point for teresse 1 & 2 is their quality materials used in the house (Johnson Suisse products in toilets, quality tiles, internal wirings for LAN and aircon & etc.)
Other than that, this product got nothing to shout about. pretty average product.
a lot of false advertising, clubhouse scrapped. no california, bla bla bla streets. all i see is lalang rumput on the sides of the roads, where are the palm trees as advertised? ugly landscaping. unfinished park and lake (brown muddy lake). where's the scenic bicycle and jogging track?
and not to mention, bad/funny designs in house and town. for example: the roads leading to the teresse entrance, have to do an annoying u-turn coming from tesco (look above), huge void in the center of the house in teresse 2, no proper doors for the back door, only a metal door with holes. really?? doors with holes? yeap! no plaster ceiling for living room but have at the entrance, very funny. aircon piping at the entrance too, how to have air con there? tiup front pintu only.

infact, i bought another house in Elmina Valley 4 by Sime Darby; their town (roads, parks, amenities & etc.) and house (design) planning is so so much better than IOI's. and they don't do false advertising.



ps: we still got no fiber after 1 year+ of waiting while Almyra and crescent park has it (they just got their VP recently)

Hi Strata owners, can i complain to IOI regarding the missing roof for the balcony of the master bedroom for the Upper Unit? The illustration shows that there will be a roof for it tho..
