New development by IOI Properties called Bandar Puteri Bangi.

Bandar Puteri Bangi located at the current development known as Bandar Bukit Mahkota (previously developed by Lion Group). There are 2 parcels within Bandar Bukit Mahkota to be developed by IOI Properties Berhad. Parcel A, with land area approximately 260 acres previously known as Seksyen 10 or Jimbaran Close and another 100 acres previously known as Seksyen 9, Bandar Bukit Mahkota.

Further called to IOI Properties, they are planning to launch by first quarter 2014 - 3 storey shop offices (25' x 80'), 2 storey terrace house (22' x 80'/24' x 70'), service apartments (971sq.ft., 1,060 sq.ft. and 1,215 sq.ft.) and townhouse (26' x 65'/70').

Back from Southville using Jalan Bangi Lama across Bandar Puteri @ Bangi...Open For Registration for Almyra Residences Service Apartments and Kubica Square Shop Office.

Visit their office at IOI Resort City..saw the master model of development. There are 2 parcels.
For terrace house got total 5 phases. At Parcel A...Phase 1 and 2 guarded with perimeter fencing only...111 units 22' x 80, 118 units 24 x 70. While Phase 3 22' x 75' 210 units GnG. On Parcel B, Phase 1 20' x 70', 216 units and Phase 2 22' x 70' 223 units and under GnG.

I also saw TESCO Hypermarket rclxm9.gif drool.gif next to the Bukit Mahkota Toll Plaza.

From visiting Southville 2 1/2 storey to IOI Properties Bandar Puteri Bangi's project and saw the piling for their 22' x 80' terrace house The Terresse has been started. Nice view srounding the area.

No I don't have it but what I knew the building plan and developer license & permit obtain from KPKT. If you go to site both phases currently under pilling.

IOI doing jobs really fast...Mah Sing Bandar Baru Lembah Selatan type Avens not even started

What I understood today after visiting their office..they going official launch on 10 & 11 January 2015 with 3 products launch together - The Terresse (22 x 80 Price from RM700K), Almyra Residence Service Apartment (From RM340K) and Kubica Square Shop Office (From RM1.55mil)

They going to move to their Bandar Puteri Bangi's office by early next year and launch there. I'm plan to visit their site by this Saturday and update the latest photos.

For their service apartments, if people now buying Savannah, Southville City at rate of RM390psf, and if we take minimum price of Almyra Residence at RM365 psf. with 2 car parks which is just another 3 minutes drive with low density (669 units only and their floor layout either semi-d or bungalow arrangement) and it more resident rather than mix with retail lot..I think it should a good buy.

Received a call from IOI today about the project launch on 10 & 11 January 2015. Soft launch for project will be done on 9 January 2015 with price for terrace house The Terresse 22 x 80, 2,510 sq.ft. @ RM728,800 and for service apartment Almyra Residence @ RM360,800. For service apartment can select the unit now but for terrace house only on 9 January 2015.

Yes at Bangi sales gallery. After view their sample unit yesterday...the sample house is really big for 2,510 sq.ft., I decide book 1 unit The Terresse at their office today by placing RM10,000 cheque with my consent that I agreed I'm not entitled to any early bird rebate which they are not decide the final amount. I m planning to stay here after consider there is a club house, and the surrounding environment that they doing now..the project just next to Bandar Puteri town park...their California street look nice with proper bicycle path...any one ride Bianchi bicycle here?
