That is true. Some special lucky selected customers were rewarded with 10K TP years ago when they were offered pre-approved MBB 2 Cards. No one reported this for more than a year now.

Paying online bills such unifi and tnb on saturday, will i get the 5% rebate + TP?
I remembered before it was according to the posting date, not the transaction date. Has it changed to transaction date now?

Talking about weekends.... Last Tuesday (8th Oct) I checked with Air Asia and I could get a return ticket from SG for about RM49 (to SG) and RM116 (from SG) for end of this week. So I thought might as wait till Saturday to book it and earn myself 5% cash back. Boy, did I regret big time, last Saturday (12 Oct) I booked my ticket.... I still could get a ticket to SG for RM49 but the return ticket cost me RM184 (4pm flight) and the later flights went up to RM300+!!! Serve me right for being greedy doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif Instead of earning about RM7.50 I lost more than RM50 vmad.gif

http://48smart.blogspot.com/2013/10/caltex...maybankard.html

too bad can't be amex, if that so we could get total of 8% cash back. but this is good if quota for rm50 is full

I make the cancellation on 8 Oct and transfer the EzyPay Installment over to another Maybankard.... but it will take 7 days.
My statement date is before that...thus my current EzyPay will still be charged sad.gif sad.gif

Next time make sure your cancellation request >7 days before the Statement Date to avoid this "little issue"

Speaking of AA, yes, as others said, dun wait till weekends on tickets. However....

for luggage, seats or in flight meals, can wait weekends only add on. Coz (for now), they have no additional charges if use credit card to add on and the price is always fixed. So u can get ur weekends rebate there. But tickets price is not fixed

hehe just done my shopping at Johor Premium Outlet...

most of the shops accept AMEX thought they just have sticker Visa/Master, just ask them no harm and if they don't just go for other card.
