Excellent overview boss. Thanks. Appreciate it. True I like it mainly for the size and design ( very squarish if u know what I mean). And also the quality. The only concern I have is because have to travel to midvalley which I roughly estimates requires min 1.30 hours during rush hours. That means 3 hours of traveling everyday! The security concern I know can be minimized once f&g is up but pentas area do have lotsa easy entrance so have to make sure  properly fence up whole area.

Also heard there's land sinking in the area. Any idea which part exactly?
*
Correction: Pentas only has 1 main entrance.

What really happened to tinta. This is one of the earliest development in AI. Heard the developer offering new units or cash payouts as compensation

What happened to Tinta was, a few units (~9 units if I remember correctly) faced subsidence issue. The affected residents demanded compensation from I&P, and they got it. But after other owners found out, they also made the same request, end up I&P compensate all, even though after defect warranty period.

The compensation form:
Option 1: Cash payout of 1.3M
Option 2: Replacement Semi-D (Lukisan) opposite mosque, with RM200k purchase price

Either options, residents can still stay in Tinta at their own risk for 2 years for free.

Responsible developer. What's the reason for the land subsidence. Got pond/river nearby or water retention underground. Noted that some phases is AI did not do piling as the land is very solid and the houses are built on concrete slabs base.

Not sure about the cause of subsidence. But as far as I know all phases got piling. Which phase you referring to?

was told by one of the contractor, not sure where but he says the ground is very rocky and the piling cannot penetrate easily

I went there during raya to inspect the progression. Most of the defects have been fixed and i saw they have changed the uneven tiles n hollow tiles. The leaking ceiling at powder room also being fixed. No doubt they r responsible n workmanship also quite good although it takes long time for the fix. Maybe my defect list is too long, hehe..

Same as mine. Whatever I complained, they fix it all with no questions asked. Also, they fix it perfectly.

So far I have no complaint. When moving in bro?
