Hello Pentas Owners,

I just collected my keys this week and did the fitting checks. I parked my car inside the porch and found the porch width is abit of disappointment. I attached here with some photos with my car inside the porch and through my initial experience it seems like it will be a bit of hassle to move in and out with 2 larger cars. I think it is because:
1. the porch pillars are bigger and wider unlike the other pentas phases.
2. the gate driveway is narrower.

I haven't done the defects check yet. There is a question regarding the master bathroom water heater. I observe there is no electric point to install an external water heater unit. I was told by the person who did the fitting check that the point is somewhere on the ceiling and the technician must climb on the ceiling and connect the wire from above. Then we can control it from outside. Because it was hot I didnt ask him further where the water heater unit will be installed. Maybe someone here can explain further. 

Any owner here already did the water proofing check? I would appreciate any feedback.

Heard from contractor pentas 1 car porch got design problem and consultant working on it.  they are repairing for some of the houses now. i saw 1 hse with balcony(facing main road) was added with additional steel column.looks ugly.wondering who pay for it.

Pentas 2 : 14 purchasers have taken keys as from today and also signed the FnG form.............so all P2 purchasers who have not taken keys yet and when you do take keys........pls sign the FnG form......ask for the FnG form before you start the business of keys collection in case all parties have weak memory.
Pentas 1 : only about 46 purchasers have signed the FnG form.........those who have missed out signing earlier.........kindly go to the maintenance office@the sales gallery...........those who are based "out of country".............tried to call and have it sign via phone @ 03 51627600 or fax 03 51627500....spelling out yr particulars if it is allow by them.
If enough P2 purchasers sign........we may make the FnG a reality......especially the FENCE !

Ttdi also individual title like us but unlike inp they provide  fng. inp on the other hand  keep giving reasons n if we want to do it ra better take it up themselves.

How long did they take to rectify the defects? mine have similar problem. checking my defect this weekend.
