Both Bukit tinggi Klang and Sunway pyramid is just 15 mins drive away.
For grocery, there is a huge econmart and also one Giant at jalan kebun, 5 mins drive from Pentas series. Anyone already received notice to collect p3 keys? |

Their speed of rectifying defects is very slow. They fix all the easy ones and leave all the big ticket items outstanding. Roof Crack. Glass window not tight. Plenty of hollow tiles in toilet and gaps not filled properly.
Trapped water around Toilet drain hole. Check for roof leaks as well. I submitted the check list in April. Until now not done. |
