Almost done, left timber flooring defects. Site supervisor promise to complete by this week, yet to return key to me. Submitted on the 19th of July.

May i know what kind of timber flooring's defect is that? I didn't really inspect deeply on it.

Some surface scratches and 1 hollow, plus with uneven wood panel skirting at study area.

How do u know it's hollow? How to check it? When r u going to move in, bro?

I roughly knock by my hand pieces by pieces. Normally if it's fully filled, the sound will be very compact, and when it's hollow, it sounds empty. Working on quotations with contractors now, once completed minor renovation will move it. Tentatively Oct '14 if no delay on renovation completion. That's why I am chasing defect guys to repair ASAP so I can start my work.

New Pentas 4 aka Pentas 5 build up and lay out are same as Pentas 4 (current on going) phase. However, due to most of their land size bigger and less intermediate units. IMHO, launching price might be same as Pentas 4 or higher. No way, InP will released with lower price. Nevertheless, their will launch as completed unit and ready to move in status.

Corner unit: 1,4,5,11,12,17,18,24,25,28

Inter: 2,3,6,7,8,9,10,13,16,19,20,21,23,26,27

End Lot: 14,15

Additional remarks: remember that many units are facing North (current Pentas 4's field) which will cost 20K more for all those units.

Time to force InP to implement GnF rather just seating here to post comment for those residence at Pentas 1 2 and 3 if you all are concern about the safety and security issues.

Correction: Pentas only has 1 main entrance.

When will the Semi D by INP be launched?

The selling price was fixed at around RM1.8mil when APDL approved last year Jul 2013,
Not sure if INP will adjust the price?

Tinta owners are looking for new Semi D to move as Tinta experiencing the sinking land.

The Semi D in front of the mosque is not for sale, but replacement units to Tinta owners (for those opt for this option). Maybe will open for sale when there are remaining units.
