Check your master bedroom bathroom switches.

Thanks n will check again for the switch. Anyone has got the defects fixed? How's the output? I've seen quite a lot of minor defects and few major problems with my P3. One of it the metal rod/tube coming out from the wall. Don't know how are they going to fix it, sigh..

what do you mean by no respond? it not suppose to respond by having loud noise or anything. you turn it on and if you rain shower working, then it is working. Mine is not working so i need to submit a defect report to rectify it.
*
Just like what you mentioned, all showers were not functioning. Then i think it was a defect like yours. I went there last Sun and they have not done anything yet, so slow. I saw one house in the process of moving in, super fast.

I went there during raya to inspect the progression. Most of the defects have been fixed and i saw they have changed the uneven tiles n hollow tiles. The leaking ceiling at powder room also being fixed. No doubt they r responsible n workmanship also quite good although it takes long time for the fix. Maybe my defect list is too long, hehe..

Same as mine. Whatever I complained, they fix it all with no questions asked. Also, they fix it perfectly.

So far I have no complaint. When moving in bro?
*
That means you have done your defects? They returned house key to u already? How long it takes? I'm not moving so soon. Still waiting the defects to be fully done n need to save money for renovation. So bad..

Anyone has the intention to expand the car porch at P1? what is the estimated cost like?
Saw someone tearing down the whole car porch & rebuild at P3.
*
I saw they digged two big holes in the car porch area, what r they trying to do? It's a major renovation i guess.

May i know what kind of timber flooring's defect is that? I didn't really inspect deeply on it.

I roughly knock by my hand pieces by pieces. Normally if it's fully filled, the sound will be very compact, and when it's hollow, it sounds empty. Working on quotations with contractors now, once completed minor renovation will move it. Tentatively Oct '14 if no delay on renovation completion. That's why I am chasing defect guys to repair ASAP so I can start my work.

What about you, when moving in?
*
I'm not moving in so soon. Now must settle the defects first. Hope everything in the right track.
